I went in there to look for a table saw they didnt even have one table saw at all not even anything on the display very poor. Not as great as it used to be. Seems that every time I come it gets worse. Employee helpfulness is hit or miss. Cashiers are lacking. Decent quality parts at great prices. A good balance of parts at good prices. I have bought many things over the years with no issues.

Never take a power tool for service. They had the mower for over two months. Albeit, it tried to fix it first, so I took a bag of parts in with the mower. It seemed as if they found a bolt was missing, so it got ordered.

Once it arrived and installed, they discovered another bold missing, and then the process started over. I thought the final straw was when the manager had to tell me the temporary mechanic threw away my handle. I was wrong. The last straw was when the day came for me to pick up my overpriced repaired lawn morrow, I took it outside to test it.

It still didnt go forward, the wheel bolts had fallen off, and there was no oil. Always a great place for a man to spend some time to shop for the needed tools he has to have. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you for something you cant find. We dont have a store like this in Pennsylvania so each time I come to Greenville I shop here.

Went to harbor freight and the staff was very nice to help find just what I needed for my power washer. I came home and put it all together and went right toWork power washing my house. Thanks very much. It was a great place upon entrance. Every type of tool you could possibly need plus accessories. Not pleased with feeling like I was being followed by staff but eh it was as expected! I love this place its like my toy store but you got to get me out of there when they have all their sales I want it all!!!
